What we collect
- Basic website usage data from standard server logs.
- No in-site account registration data is collected in V2.
- Protected areas are controlled by server-level access, not in-page forms.
First-party analytics
Selected public pages record page views and public Search submissions using this website's own server. The analytics record includes the page, timestamp, an anonymous random session token, and only coarse device and referrer categories. Search submissions record the search term so we can improve public content and search coverage.
No raw or hashed IP address, full user-agent string, browser fingerprint, name, email address, precise location or external analytics provider is used for this feature. The anonymous session token is not derived from personal or device information. Analytics are intended to be retained for 12 months.
Anonymous page feedback
Visitors may submit anonymous feedback on selected public pages. The feature stores the page, response, optional comment and timestamp. It does not request a name or email address, and it does not store a raw IP address or browser fingerprint for this feature.
The existing PHP session may remember that feedback has already been submitted for a page, so the same session is not asked to submit it again. Feedback is used to improve coaching content. Feedback is intended to be retained for 180 days, subject to administrative review and archiving.
